Role Description

We are looking for Co-Packing Team Leader to be based in Wellingborough.

This is an opportunity to manage a Co-Packing Team as well as be able to operate a variety of Co-Packing machines so that set daily production targets are achieved.

We pack a variety of different confectionery lines in custom built co-packing rooms.

The candidate would work a day shift from Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:30pm.

We operate a fast-paced work environment with high standards. We always aim to promote excellent teamwork and support to one another.

Responsibilities
Skills & Requirements

To ensure daily production targets are met to the agreed specification.

Work within a team to achieve packing rates.

To ensure that your team follow company systems and procedures.

To ensure the completion of Quality Process documents are completed.

Ensure the working environment is maintained to a hygienic level.

Comply to procedures to meet BRCGS standards.

Assist with the Daily maintenance /cleaning and care of the machine and equipment.

Communicate with all members of the business.

Maintain a cleaning working environment.

An excellent team-working ethic.

Experience in leading a team.

Basic machinery operating skills.

Be able to follow instructions.

Have strong communication skills.

A pro-active, positive attitude is required.

Diligent and attentive to detail.
