We’re looking for ambitious, motivated Business Consultants to join Northwest Payments.

You’ll spend your time out in your local business community — meeting business owners, opening doors, building relationships and helping independent businesses find better ways to manage their payments.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have 1–2 years of field sales experience.
You’ll have experienced a few knock-backs, developed some resilience and learned how to keep going — without becoming cynical about sales.
More importantly, you’ll be someone who:
Uses their initiative
You’ve got common sense, good judgement and a bit of street sense. You don’t need someone telling you what to do every five minutes.
Connects with people
You’re confident, naturally sociable and able to read the room. You know how to start conversations and build genuine relationships.
Wants to develop
You’re genuinely open to learning, improving and investing in yourself. You see this as a career opportunity, not just another job.
Understands the value of Data,
You put everything in CRM, diarise and follow up, the more touch points you create with a prospect, face to face, via email and over the phone the greater chance of booking a meeting.
Knows their local community
You love where you live. You know the local businesses, use them yourself and enjoy being part of the community.
