We're looking for caring, reliable people to join our Community Care Team across Exeter and surrounding areas.
You don't need previous care experience. We'll provide the training and support you need to become a confident Community Care Assistant.
You'll work in people's own homes, supporting them with everyday life, personal care and independence. Our work includes reablement following hospital discharge as well as ongoing community care, so every day is different.

Morning & evening shifts: 07:00–14:00 | 16:00–22:00
Guaranteed-hours contracts available – up to 40 hours per week
Full-time, part-time & bank hours available

What we offer
- £13.10–£14.60 per hour
- £28,000–£36,000+ annual earning potential based on 4 long shifts per week, typically 10–13 hours per shift

What you'll be doing

- Everyday household tasks
- Reablement following hospital discharge
- Ongoing community care
- Companionship and meaningful interaction
- Recognising and reporting changes in people's needs
What we're looking for
You don't need previous care experience. We’re looking for people who are:
- Caring and respectful

- Patient and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in people's homes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
