This is a new position that aims to support the growth of HWV at a time of change. We are looking to recruit a Director to join the Senior Management Team at HWV. This role will be to lead the strategic direction of our Training, Education & Employment support services to local people in the Hartcliffe, Withywood and surrounding areas, with an emphasis on sustaining and developing provision that looks to work with those most in need of support in disadvantaged communities.
Experience of further/community education management, securing contracts and funding opportunities and implementing careers/employability programmes is essential.
We are looking for someone with an understanding of socio-economic barriers people face in accessing education and employment and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of organisations to achieve HWV's core aims.
