Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining setting would be great but a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or a willingness to learn).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise professionally with guests via email and phone
- Work closely with the management team to organise and execute events
- Work as a team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service etiquette.
- Contribute to a positive team culture as we work towards our AA Rosette ambitions.
