Role Objective
The Internal Sales Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Moorgate Broker Network.
The successful candidate will work closely with Appointed Representatives (ARs), providing guidance and support to help them secure the best possible finance solutions for their customers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to relationship management, ensuring ARs are well-informed, confident, and equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes.
In addition to supporting individual cases, the Internal Sales Representative will help identify opportunities to improve broker performance, maintain compliance standards, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships across the Moorgate Broker Network, supporting Appointed Representatives to drive growth and performance
- Create and enhance finance proposals to ensure high-quality submissions to the Credit Placement team, maximising approval outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance and Operations, to maintain policy adherence, improve processes, and support business efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records, manage documentation flows, and stay alert to market trends that can benefit the network

Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday
Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
OTE: £34,000 - £36,000 p.a.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
