Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Associate Professional to support our marketing, brand development and business growth activities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the Business Development team to develop marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, strengthen our digital presence and identify new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing, social media and online engagement.
- Create and maintain website, marketing and promotional content.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, marketing materials and communications.
- Support industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.
- Generate and qualify marketing leads for the Business Development team.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate marketing and CRM records.
- Support brand development and market positioning.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to support commercial growth.
- Work with senior management and business development teams on marketing initiatives
- Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate marketing plans and results effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B marketing sectors.
- Demonstrate strong management skills by leading small teams or projects while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in marketing or a related commercial role.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques.
- Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for campaign optimization.
- Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring team members or projects.
- Familiarity with IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Organizational skills that enable efficient handling of multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning, Property Maintenance or professional services.
- Experience with website content management, SEO or digital advertising.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of UK B2B marketing.
