Duties
- Supervise daily venue operations, ensuring smooth event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services with a positive and energetic approach
- Coordinate with event organisers, vendors, and staff to meet logistical requirements and uphold quality standards
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance their experience
- Conduct regular inspections of the venue to maintain cleanliness, safety compliance, and overall presentation
