Shop & Warehouse Operative plus Delivery Driver

Dansky's is a community based ,family owned supermarket.
We have two shops servicing the Gateshead community.
We have a fantastic long term opportunity with immediate start available .
The position is multifaceted working within our shop & warehouse and delivering goods to customers doors.
The position is over Five/Six days per week ,45 hours plus per week.
The candidate must be willing to work six days per week during peak seasons or if the need arises.
The shop & warehouse role is roughly 75% of the job whilst the driving is 25%, prorated over the week.
The successful candidate must be over 25 years and have held a full clean UK license for over one year.
A good command of the English language is a must.
Job Duties:
- Loading the delivery vehicle
- Delivering to residential locations
- Heavy lifting
- Stocking shop shelves
- Assisting customers
- Offloading pallets
- Stocking the warehouse with in coming goods
- Stock rotation
- Ticking off pallets
- Liaising and working as part of a team.
