Overview of the Role:
An exciting maternity cover opportunity for a Shows Project Manager to join the Shows Department at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) who organise large-scale outdoor and indoor gardening events.
The chosen candidate will jump straight into a key role of leading the core team to deliver an RHS Flower show currently focused in the Bristol area (subject to change). The core team is made up of Operations, Content, Exhibitor Services, Catering and Trade teams plus other liaisons within other departments. The Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of each event ensuring it is delivered to a high standard and to budget.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and driven Event Project Manager with a mixture of relevant experience including leadership, people management, event management and project management. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, juggling deadlines and working under pressure is essential as well as an eye for quality and detail.

Hours: 35 hours pw. Additional hours during site build
