Class 1 HGV Driver (Holiday Relief Job)

G E Smith LTD require a flexible Class 1 HGV Driver to work as a holiday relief driver.
The ideal candidate would be flexible and willing to work on a next day basis covering anything from 1 day to 5 days working Monday to Friday on day shifts. We could also accommodate nights out if wanted.
Minimum 2 years experience preferred due to our insurance cover.
Work is a mix of box and curtainsider deliveries across the North of England.
Occasionally you will be required to tip the load using a pallet truck but most deliveries are tipped through the side on curtainsider work.
*We will not out base a truck for this role.
All full time drivers are given their own dedicated truck to look after and will be either a Volvo, Mercedes or Renault truck.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
All applicants must have full Class 1 HGV licence entitlement with no more than 6 points and up to date Driver CPC qualification.
Paid weekly we offer the below rates;
£14 p/h Mon - Fri.
£16.60p/h Saturdays.
£17.66p/h Sundays.
£20 per month phone contribution.
£25.50 overnight subsistence payment paid if driver has had a qualifying "night out" and has provided receipts.
Upto £10 per week fuel bonus paid if achieving over 9mpg.
£10 Early start money paid if starting shift at 4am.
£20 Early start money paid starting shift between 6pm and 3am
Paid parking when loaded.
20 days holiday plus statutory. Or Pro Rata if working on a part time basis
