We are an independent and highly acclaimed business of two venues; a Good Food Guide top 100 pub just outside Rye and a MICHELIN guide listed neighbourhood restaurant in the centre of Rye. Front of House Team Member Requirements:
- Whilst full training and guidance will be given throughout to help to succeed in your role with us, we are looking for someone who can show us they have quality experience in a restaurant or food-led pub setting.
- A genuine passion and interest in food and drink. We take this very seriously and it is an important part of our selection process.
- A willingness to learn and develop. We have a great staff retention record as there is much room for growth within the business. Many of our core team have grown in roles and responsibilities with us.
- Must be able to drive or have a reliable method of transport to get to and from work. The Plough is a five minute drive from Rye with no public transport links. The Union is a 5 minute walk from Rye train station.
