Night Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a person to look after the Hotel and Guests from 11pm until 7am 5 day a week. The applicant will be required to run the hotel at night and duties will include the following, guest service/reception/setting up/cleaning/general maintenance and security. You will get to work at a culinary institute whose hotel holds 4 AA Red Stars and whose restaurant currently has 4 AA Rosettes and has held a Michelin Star for the last 28 years.
- Manage and adapt to individual guest requests and preferences
- Cover the front office desk, helping guests check in and out
- Ensure dining areas are prepared to our standards prior to each service
- Using our Point-of-Sale system, ensuring accurate transactions
- Working alongside the kitchen team and restaurant team to maintain a cohesive service
- Make coffees, cocktails and serve other beverages (including wine)
- Provide an exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for delivering a memorable dining experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Holt NR25 7AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
