Farm & Flynn has opened a new café in Norbiton, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable full or part time baristas to join our team.
We’re an independent coffee shop focused on great coffee, warm service and high standards. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a new opening, with training and support from our established Tooting location.
About the Role
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and drinks
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Keeping the café clean, organised and welcoming
- Supporting the team during busy takeaway service
About You
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- Previous barista experience essential
- Friendly, dependable and a good team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends
