Stannp.com is a direct mail platform that has delivered impressive growth over the last few years, growth which has been acknowledged and recognised by the tech industry press.
Stannp is looking to build on these achievements by scaling further.
To support the continued growth of our Marketing team, Stannp are seeking a Junior Designer to join the design team at the start of their design career. This is a learning-focused role where your growth and development are a priority — you'll work closely with the Design Lead, supporting Marketing with day-to-day design work while gradually developing your skills across digital, web, UI and UX.
Your main focus will be creating marketing and campaign assets, including social media graphics, blog and email artwork, newsletter headers, platform screenshots, print materials and mailpiece designs for customer campaigns. As you gain confidence and experience, you'll be introduced to website and UI/UX design, including working with our developing design system and exploring AI tools to create and test prototypes for the Stannp.com platform. You'll use Figma for digital design and Adobe Creative Cloud for photo editing, contributing to a platform compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards.
This role is about learning by doing. You won't be expected to know everything when you start — we're looking for someone with a good eye for design, enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
This is a full time role. You'll need to be able to attend our Head Office in North Devon a minimum of one day per week.

Responsibilities
- Create marketing and campaign assets, including social media graphics, blog imagery, email and newsletter designs, and promotional artwork
- Design newsletter headers, platform screenshots, product visuals, and print and marketing materials
- Produce mailpiece designs for customer campaigns, including artwork supporting customer retention and re-engagement
- Create presentations, event materials, and other creative projects for the Marketing team
- Take a brief, understand what's needed, and turn an idea into a well-designed piece of creative
- Learn website, UI and UX design principles under the mentorship of the Design Lead
- Work with our developing design system and reusable components as your skills grow
- Create wireframes and prototypes, including AI-assisted design and prototyping, for the Stannp.com platform
- Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for digital design and photo editing
- Participate in design reviews, receiving feedback and learning from more experienced designers
Attribute
This is an entry-level role — we're not expecting years of experience. You might be a recent design graduate, finishing a design course, building your first portfolio, or someone with freelance or personal design experience looking to take the next step
- A genuine interest in design and a strong desire to learn
- A practical, commercially minded approach to design, with a focus on solving problems and communicating clearly
- A good eye for layout, typography and visual design
- Comfortable using, or keen to learn, tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Takes pride in your work, pays attention to detail, and manages time well while staying organised
- A portfolio or examples of work that show your creativity and potential
- Curiosity about UI, UX and emerging AI design tools, with an interest in both graphic and digital design
