The Role:
- Lead a small team that can provide an industry leading level of customer service, as part of Autoweb Design’s mission statement to be thought of as the most forward-thinking company in our industry with the best customer service.
- Acting as a point of contact to offer support and assistance to customers who are using Autoweb Design’s products and services. Helping customers complete tasks or troubleshooting problems through remote assistance over the phone, screen sharing, email support, and ticketing system.
- Be an expert in Autoweb Design’s content management system (CMS) and dealer management system (DMS), produce user guides and deliver training. Transfer and condense complex data into Autoweb Design’s systems and databases.
- Offer efficient help through ticketing system, adhering to standards set for ticket quality and service level agreements (SLA), such as time to first response and time to resolution.
- Work within the CMS/DMS to plan, create and configure web pages, using both technical and non-technical skills to produce websites that fit customer requirements.

- A high level of accuracy & attention to detail.
- Self-driven and pro-active with the ability to maintain focus on the objectives of the role.
- Experience or aspirations to lead a small team of profesionals.
- Ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with people with a personable approach.
- Proven strong administration skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to actively listen and seek clarity from the customer.
- Skilled in use of IT systems, such as Microsoft Outlook/Teams
- Creative planning and organisational skills
