Assistant Construction Supervisor (Hull)
An opportunity has arisen with Holden Building Solutions Ltd as an Assistant Construction Supervisor. This role based from your home and on site.
As an Assistant Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the service provided to clients by HBS site operatives
- Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to each assigned client
- Managing your own book of clients
- Understanding our clients’ needs during the project are met, whilst communicating each of your client's business issues to the wider team
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers
- Ensuring site operatives are working towards and hitting KPI's within the project
- Reporting to a senior leadership team
You:
- Will have proven experience within a similar industry
- Strong experience in client relationship role and the core lines of commercial risks is essential
- Methodical, articulate, proactive with an eye for detail is essential
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Self-disciplined, organised, and results focused
- Will ideally have team leading experience; however, we will happily speak with any ambitious person looking to manage a team
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license.
