Duties
The main part of this role is the locking up and securing of a very large premises, it requires someone that is fit and healthy.
- Conduct continuous surveillance using CCTV cameras to monitor activity across the premises and identify potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when needed and coordinating with emergency responders.
- Perform routine patrols of the facility’s interior and exterior areas to detect irregularities or safety hazards.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, alarm monitoring, and loss prevention techniques is highly advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures to effectively respond to medical emergencies on-site.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Ability to remain alert during shifts while maintaining professionalism in all situations.
