We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our team! We operate all over England, with our head office based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
You will be solely responsible for our Grove GMK3055 to facilitate the movement of materials on construction/commercial sites, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, material handling and construction processes is key. It's important you are familiar with this spec of crane.

Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes to move materials safely and accurately
- Conduct routine inspections of crane equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload materials from lorries, containers, or storage areas using appropriate machinery
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment around crane operations
- Follow all health and safety protocols to minimise risks during lifting activities
- Perform basic maintenance checks on crane equipment and report any faults or issues promptly
Experience/Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator within the construction industry
- Valid certification for operating cranes
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Commercial driving licence (or equivalent)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Better work atmosphere is better for all
