You will be the face of our company, guiding prospective tenants through residential properties and helping them find their next home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (DAY-TO-DAY TASKS)
- Property Viewings: Conduct in-person property viewings for prospective tenants, showcasing the features of residential properties.
- Key Management: Collect and return property keys safely from our central office before and after viewings.
- Client Engagement: Answer basic questions about the properties during viewings and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an outgoing individual who loves dealing with people. While a background in property is great, your attitude and communication skills matter most!
Required Attributes:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Saturdays are a MUST - you must be fully available to conduct viewings on weekends.
- Client-Facing Skills: A friendly, approachable, and confident persona.
- Negotiation & Client Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or dealing with client negotiations is valued.
Preferred (But Not Essential):
- Fluent in Mandarin (Highly preferred to assist our diverse client base).
- Availability during the week between 16:00 and 19:00.
- An active interest or prior experience in the property sector.

HOURS & FLEXIBILITY
- Saturdays: Mandatory weekly availability.
- Weekdays: Flexible, but preference will be given to candidates who can cover peak viewing times between 16:00 - 19:00 on select weekdays.
- Ideal for students looking to balance work with a lecture timetable.
