About the Role
We are seeking a hard-working, motivated and reliable individual to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in supported employment, with full training and development provided. You will support our co-workers (learners) to develop employability skills, gain work experience, and progress towards paid employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group job coaching support
- Assist with CV and vocational profile writing, job searching, and interview preparation
- Support individuals during work placements and job trials
- Deliver travel training and in workplace support
- Build relationships with local employers to identify opportunities
- Promote independence, confidence, and workplace readiness
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Flexible working to meet requirements of the role
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals into employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and person-centred approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Basic IT skills
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in education, care, youth work, or support roles
- Understanding of neurodiversity, autism, learning difficulties / disabilities or additional needs
- Knowledge of employability or supported employment programmesTraining & Development
- Full induction and ongoing on-the-job training
- Opportunity to progress and complete British Association for Supported Employment (BASE) Job Coach training
- Continuous professional development within supported employment

Pay: £13,879.32-£24,784.50 per year
