The Prince William Pub, located on Brixham Marina, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our team. We currently have two exciting opportunities available for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in a busy, customer-led environment.

Bar Supervisor / Bar Lead (40 Hours)
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to take responsibility for leading shifts, maintaining service standards and supporting the wider team.
Bar experience is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the bar team
- Delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with guests
- Upholding a premium customer experience
- Stock control, stock takes and ordering
- Cashing up and end-of-day procedures
- Locking up and ensuring operational standards are maintained
- Supporting cocktail preparation and drinks service (training provided where required)
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working across daytime and evening shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays.
Bar Staff – Full Time & Part Time
We are also recruiting Bar Staff to join our busy marina venue.
You will be responsible for:
- Serving customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Delivering excellent guest experiences
- Preparing drinks and cocktails (training available)
- Supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards
- Working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
Previous bar experience is preferred.

Pay rates are competitive, above industry average and dependent on experience and performance.
