Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons in accordance with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity
- Support students' social and emotional well-being by promoting inclusivity and respect
- Organise extracurricular activities that enhance the learning experience
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) or equivalent recognised by relevant authorities
- Proven experience in teaching or working within an educational setting is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Enhanced DBS check clearance or willingness to undergo checks prior to employment
