Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our delivery operation.
As a Multi-Drop Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parcels to customers within your allocated delivery area while maintaining a high standard of customer service and following all company and client procedures.
Earnings are £130 per completed shift, with the opportunity to work regular shifts depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and organise parcels safely and efficiently.
- Complete a high volume of multi-drop deliveries within the allocated shift.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and delivery instructions.
- Deliver parcels safely and within the required timeframes.
- Take accurate delivery photographs where required.
- Follow customer contact and delivery procedures.
- Report failed deliveries, access issues, traffic delays and other problems promptly.
- Maintain professional standards when dealing with customers.
- Complete all required delivery and vehicle checks.
- Look after company/client equipment and parcels.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Road Safety and client SOP requirements.
- Ensure all parcels are accounted for throughout the delivery process.
- Return any undelivered parcels to the depot as instructed.
What We Are Looking For
- A full UK or EU driving licence.
- Previous delivery or multi-drop experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Physically capable of handling and delivering parcels.
- A smartphone capable of running delivery applications.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Appropriate vehicle and insurance for delivery work, where applicable.

Important Information
This position is offered on a self-employed/contractor basis. Drivers are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations and must meet all required legal, insurance and operational requirements.
