Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival or contact, establishing a positive first impression
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service requests via phone or in person
- Conduct accurate data entry of customer information and transactions into company systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing their experience
- Maintain clear communication by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
