We are hiring a friendly, energetic Ice Cream Parlour Assistant to join our scoop team! If you love making people smile (and don't mind a bit of brain freeze), you will fit right in.
## What You’ll Do
- Scoop and Serve: Craft perfect cones, cups, and sundaes with all the toppings.
- Greet Customers: Welcome guests with a warm smile and help them choose their perfect flavor.
- Keep it Sparkling: Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation, counter, and seating area.
- Handle Cash: Run the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
- Restock: Keep the display tubs filled and toppings fully stocked.
## What We Are Looking For
- A bright, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially on sunny days!).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong team spirit.
- Previous customer service or food handling experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
