We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Loader to join our client in Castle Cary (Somerset). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This position requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle materials safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
- Load and unload goods from lorries and other vehicles as required.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Assist in delivery and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the warehouse.
Experience
- Previous experience in picking and packing roles within a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy levels.
