Professional property development company require experienced handyman for site maintenance duties and general upkeep on commercial business parks, storage container & caravan park.
At Yukon Property Development, we pride ourselves on providing excellent rental units with a professional service. For upwards of 20 years, we have supplied commercial units and storage solutions in Doncaster building a brand based on quality and reliability.
All properties are in Doncaster & the Yorkshire area, and you will be required to travel to them in working hours (in company vehicle provided). There are no overnight stays required.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Site checks
- Electric and water meter readings
- Groundwork, upkeep and tidying (litter picking & leaf blowing)
- Property stripping and redecoration (plastering, painting etc)
- Some joinery and plumbing work
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Previous experience
- A full clean driver's license
- Good organisation & time management skills
- General knowledge of health & safety
- Experience with general maintenance repairs
- Enthusiastic and reliable
- Good attention to detail
4 days a week, 8.30am - 4.30pm (with flexibility available to the right candidate)
Occasional overtime may be available and call out might be required on weekends in the case of an emergency.
