What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing.
You will help people remain safe and comfortable in their own homes by:
- Supporting with personal care and dressing
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutrition
- Administering medication safely
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with shopping, appointments, and community activities
- Assisting with daily routines and household tasks
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Following care plans and reporting safeguarding concerns where appropriate

Available Shifts
We provide care services seven days a week with flexible shifts available, including:
- 7:00am – 11:30am
- 9:00am – 2:30pm
- 12:00pm – 2:30pm
- 4:00pm – 6:30pm
- 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- 6:30pm – 9:30pm
- 7:00pm – 11:00pm
