Your Role:
As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face and heart of Jerk Junction. You’ll greet customers with a smile, help them navigate our menu, and ensure every guest leaves feeling the island love.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving up delicious Jamaican dishes with a smile
- Guiding customers through our menu and sharing your faves
- Carrying out kitchen preparation, cleaning and stock rotation
- Handling cash and card payments
- Creating a fun, upbeat atmosphere that makes people want to come back
- General cleaning tasks around the site
- Adhering to food hygiene standards at all times
We’re Looking For:
- Positive energy and a passion for great customer service
- A friendly personality with great communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience
- A love for Caribbean flavours and culture - or excitement to learn!
