Overview
Due to continued expansion we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Account Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's ongoing success.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis
- Manage and update customer accounts
- Conduct analysis of client data to inform sales strategies and optimise account performance
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends for management review
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring new staff members Managing key accounts , involving outbound and inbound calls daily , building a rapport with your account customers.
- Proactively contacting and supporting tyre retailers across the region.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Punctuality: Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
- Professionalism: You must be able to give your best in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills; please note that all telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes .
- Integrity: Compliance with company policies, including our strict data protection obligations.
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with some Saturday mornings as and when needed.
Taf Fechan Tyres Ltd was established in 2017 as a wholesale supplier of motor vehicle tyres and associated products .We serve tyre retailers throughout South and West Wales . Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a professional and responsive individual to join our busy and active working environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager , the successful candidate must be highly driven individual looking to provide the best level of service to our customer base.
