Package & Benefits:
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Hours: 40 per week
Annual Leave: 20 days, plus 8 bank holidays

Role Overview:
The role will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the golf club, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for members, guests and visitors. Working closely with the management team, the successful candidate will assist across a variety of areas including golf operations, membership administration, society and event coordination, and club marketing.
Golf Membership Administration:
- Maintaining accurate member records.
- Managing subscription billing, processing payments through all accepted methods, and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Handling member enquiries in person and by telephone, while acting as a key point of contact and filter for the General Manager.
- Collecting and managing golf match payments, as well as coordinating and producing the annual diary.
- Administration of Club website and internal competitions.
Marketing & Club Reputation:
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote the club’s brand, reputation, membership, open competitions and events.
- Oversee the club’s social media accounts, creating content and maintaining member engagement.
- Liaise with third-party marketing agency to support campaigns and advertising.
Society Day Co-ordination:
- Managing Golf day bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation, including allocating tee times, catering and managing all related correspondence.
- Coordinating with staff to ensure each groups requirements are delivered smoothly on the day.
- Issuing invoices Golf days and ensuring prompt collection of payments.
- Handling enquiries providing a professional and welcoming service.
- Managing golf day deposits and overseeing the accurate settlement of accounts.
- Conducting a meet-and-greet for society groups.
About You:
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to travel independently and be based within 45-minutes from Lamberhurst.
- A keen interest in golf.
- Familiarality with Intelligent Golf preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
