Summary
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic team in Chipping. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient creation of our made-to-order clothing products, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sewing and embroidery machines to produce high-quality garments.
- Assist in the labeling, printing, and embroidery processes to ensure precision.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Support team members in various production tasks as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with sewing or embroidery machines is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Prior experience in clothing manufacturing is a plus.
