We’re now expanding our Glasgow team and looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Roaming Supervisor to support operations across our Braehead, Glasgow Central, and Buchanan Street stores.
The Role
As a Roaming Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maximising sales and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. You’ll lead by example, inspire your teams, and create a welcoming, fun, and high-performing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an excellent standard of customer service is delivered across all stores.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management and merchandising standards.
- Ensure pricing and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage costs effectively, including stock loss and staff hours.
- Support Store Managers with recruitment, training, and team development.
- Motivate, coach, and inspire team members to meet and exceed targets.
- Communicate effectively across stores to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take on a varied, hands-on role supporting multiple stores.
You’ll bring:
- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail.
- A strong understanding of store operations and visual merchandising.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, and basic administration).
- Practical knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
- Flexibility to travel between Glasgow Central, and Buchanan Street stores.
- Availability to work weekends, late evenings (up to 9:30pm), and occasional overnight shifts (21:00–06:00).
