We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality establishment, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. The ideal candidate will possess strong bartending skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is preferred But not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and helping guests have a memorable experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as necessary.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
