Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Representative to help grow our professional cleaning company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and generating new business.
Initially, this role is for approximately 3 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities as the business grows. We are looking for someone who can successfully promote our company, increase brand awareness, and secure new cleaning contracts.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels, including B2B networking and direct outreach.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our cleaning services to potential customers, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and sales progress using IT tools.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Manage your own schedule efficiently to maximise outreach and sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation for client visits.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, email communication, and basic office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and discipline.
- Organisational skills to plan daily activities efficiently and meet targets consistently.
