Trainee Sales Assistant | Manchester City Centre

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers, and supporting the overall team.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales area organised and visually appealing, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services.
- Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment.
