Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Workshop Labourer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operations of our workshop by assisting with assembly, maintenance, and general labor tasks. Duties
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of equipment and components using hand tools and power tools
- Support the setup and organization of workshop materials and supplies to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks within the workshop area
- Handle warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials or products as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
Requirements
- Basic knowledge and understanding of workshop processes
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively would be preferred
- Previous warehouse or workshop experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable with a positive attitude and eager to contribute to team success
