Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage billing with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support barista duties when required, preparing specialty coffees and beverages with care
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards at all times
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skill in coffee preparation and customer interaction
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
