Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3

Empowering Learning is currently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners for an established nursery setting in the Childwall area of Liverpool.
We are looking for caring and motivated early years professionals who can help children learn through play while providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare, early years or nursery education is required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Providing engaging activities appropriate to children's development
- Following the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Supporting children's communication and social development
- Assisting with personal care, meals and daily routines
- Observing and recording children's progress
- Communicating effectively with parents and nursery colleagues
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare
Applicants will need:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare or nursery qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS
- A caring, dependable and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
- Suitable professional references
