We’re looking for an enthusiastic Weekend Beauty Therapist to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays.
We’d love to find someone with excellent beauty therapy skills, who enjoys working with clients and is keen to keep learning and developing.
This could be a great opportunity for someone returning to beauty after taking a break, or for someone who has at least one year’s experience working in a salon and is looking for their next opportunity.
For us, having the right attitude is really important. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and genuinely enjoys making clients feel welcome and well looked after.
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2/Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is essential
- At least 2 year’s salon experience, or previous salon experience if you are returning to beauty after a career break
- Confident carrying out a range of beauty treatments
- Friendly, approachable and great with clients
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A genuine willingness to learn, improve and develop your skills
- Reliable, professional and a good team player
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
The role will include
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Waxing
- Lash and brow treatments
- Massage
- Manicures and pedicures
- Carrying out friendly, personalised client consultations
- Recommending suitable treatments and products
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety
- Keeping treatment areas clean, tidy and fully stocked
- Building relationships with clients and encouraging future bookings
