Your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Warranting that a clean and tidy environment is presented and always maintained.
- Ensuring high levels of hygiene and cleanliness are always maintained to guarantee first class service.
- Organising and storing ingredients and materials quickly and efficiently.
- Preparing, and storing food hygienically and safety.
- Assisting each other in general kitchen duties.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 or 9 hour shifts between 6am - 4pm

Please note: we require all staff to have the following qualifications before we can get them in the kitchen:
Allergen Awareness and Food Intolerances
COSHH Awareness for Hospitality
Food Hygiene and Safety Level 2 for Catering
If you don’t already have these, please do not worry; we can set you up on our online learning platform (Tayl). Each course only takes around 30 minutes to complete, and once done, they are yours to keep!
