The Role
As one of the first people our patients meet, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional and caring experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients with a friendly and professional manner
- Managing appointments efficiently using our practice management software
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Supporting patients with treatment appointments and payment options
- Taking payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Liaising with clinicians to ensure appointments run smoothly
- Helping keep reception organised, efficient and welcoming
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous dental reception experience (preferred)
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
- Is organised, proactive and able to multitask
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Remains calm and professional in a busy environment
- Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping people
