We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Application Development Manager to join our Sourcing Platform Engineering team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the design, development, rollout of AI and cloud native enterprise business solutions, with a focus on Source to Contract and Contract to Pay lifecycles
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of high-performance systems that support scalable and resilient business operations
- Lead the buildout of Sourcing Data Hub in Snowflake cloud data platform
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations to deliver strategic technology initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in AI and Cloud application development, including strong expertise in leading development teams, implementing high-performance architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, Snowflake databases, DBMS platforms, and Spring framework–based application development, leading Agile delivery pods
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complexity and coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
