About the Role
Placements may involve supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. Duties typically include personal care and support with daily living skills.
What We Need From You
- Minimum 6 months paid experience in healthcare
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply — we can help)
- Patient, adaptable, and genuinely caring approach
- Good communication skills
- Sound understanding of safeguarding procedures
