The Opportunity
We are expanding and looking for motivated, hard-working Insulation Fitters and Sheet Metal Cladders to join our crew. Whether you’re a seasoned tradesperson looking for a high-performing environment or an ambitious newcomer ready to master a valuable, high-demand trade, Technotherm gives you the tools, mentorship, and platform to excel.
What You’ll Do
Working on major industrial sites across Ireland, you’ll take pride in delivering top-tier craftsmanship:
- Master Specialist Systems: Work with cutting-edge in-situ injected polyurethane systems, pre-insulated piping, and classic insulation materials (mineral wool, PIR, phenolic, nitrile rubber).
- Precision Execution: Prepare site areas, fit precision cladding, and install specialised section insulation to exact specs.
- Drive Standards: Maintain clean, safe workspaces and deliver polished, commercial-grade results on every project.

- Ready for the Road: You thrive in a dynamic, mobile setting. You’ll spend ~90% of your time working away on week-long stints (occasionally two). Company transport from Belturbet and good-quality accommodation are 100% provided and paid for.
- Location & Credentials: Based within a 60-minute commute of Belturbet, Co. Cavan (ideal for smooth crew dispatch).
- Valid Safe Pass / CSCS card.
- Valid, clean driver’s license.
