Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage a pipeline of development projects in GB & Ireland.
- Manage the full origination lifecycle to Ready-to-Build status.
- Responsible for delivering projects on budget and on time.
- Identify and secure land parcels, grid connections and planning permissions for BESS & solar projects.
- Identify and address issues across technical, commercial, and programme areas, also being instrumental in the developing resolutions.
- Assisting in designing and implementing strong feedback loops into project design, safety processes, and monitoring and controls systems.
- Sharing knowledge with the wider team to ensure best practice.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and HSE requirements.
- Attend out of office meetings and site visits.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified, ideally in a STEM subject.
- 3+ years of experience in renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of the project development process.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- A strong sense of personal responsibility and take pride in a job well done.
- Self-motivated with a positive work ethic, exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Must be able to commute to Cheltenham, as this role is fully office-based.
- Eligible to work permanently in the UK.
