What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping international shipments flowing smoothly across borders. You’ll:
- Prepare and check customs documentation to ensure everything is accurate and compliant
- Support the clearance of goods, helping avoid delays and disruptions
- Investigate and resolve customs issues quickly and efficiently
- Monitor shipments and flag any irregularities before they become bigger problems
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and internal teams to keep everything on track
- Keep systems and records up to date, ensuring full compliance with regulations

What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know everything about customs - we’re more interested in the right mindset:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills
- Good IT skills (Excel and Microsoft Office)
- Ability to stay organised and manage priorities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A team player with a customer-focused attitude
Experience in logistics, administration, or working to deadlines will put you at an advantage.
