Joe Graham & Son are looking to expand our team and are looking for Warehouse / Stores Person for an immediate start. Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
* General warehouse duties
* Processing waste packaging materials through recycling machines
* The moving and loading of domestic appliances of different weights and sizes, this will involve heavy lifting with the aid of lifting equipment
* Labelling and picking and packing of spare parts
* Restocking shelfs and putting away stock
* Able to use scanners to move and pick stock
As well as working in our warehouse we are also looking for the candidate to work with our delivery team on the road when required. This part of the job will involve assisting with deliveries and learning where possible how to install and connect up different types of appliances. Training will be provided for this as and when the need arises.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience is preferred
* Current driving license
* Good attitude towards customers
* Flexibility to work varied hours as and when required*
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
Hours*:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Every Other)
Holiday:
20 Days plus Bank Holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
