Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining basic maths skills for till operations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support each other in daily tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and understanding of food safety practices.
- Confident in Latte art
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service delivery during peak hours.
- A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers and enhance their experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
